# R - Respiration

Jetzt prüfst du die eigentliche Atmung und die Lunge.

**Was du tun musst:**

* Brustkorb Inspizieren
* **Offene Wunden abdichten** (z. B. Chest Seal)
* Bei Spannungspneumothorax → entlasten (je nach Verletzungsart bei Behandlungsabläufe schauen)

**Ziel:** Sauerstoffversorgung sicherstellen.
