1\.  Gewicht Patient x Dosierungsbereich = mcg\
2\. mcg / Konzentration = ml\
\
1\. Bsp.: Fentanyl\
Infos: Soldat 80 kg, starke Schmerzen Dosierungsbereich = 1mcg\
\
Rechnung:\
80kg x 1mcg = 80 mcg\
80 mcg / 50 (mcg/ml) =1,6 ml\
\
2\. Bsp.: Fentanyl\
Infos: Soldat 80 kg, leichte Schmerzen Dosierungsbereich = 0,5mcg\
\
Rechnung:\
80kg x 0,5mcg = 40 mcg\
40 mcg / 50 (mcg/ml) =0,8 ml
