# Behandlung bei Herzstillstand

Nach reversiblen Ursachen suchen:\
\- Spannungs-Pneumothorax/Hämothorax -> Atmung erneut beurteilen\
\- Hypovolämie -> Flüssigkeitsreanimation\
\- Hypoxie -> CPR beginnen, BVM in Betracht ziehen\
Keine reversiblen Ursachen:\
\- Auf Überdosierung prüfen -> Bei Opioiden Naloxon verabreichen\
\- AED anschließen -> AED\
\- Kein AED -> CPR
