# Atemwege

**Atemwege überprüfen:**\
**Obstruktion:**\
\- Leichte Obstruktion -> Kopf drehen oder absaugen.\
\- Schwere Obstruktion -> Absaugen erforderlich.\
\
**Kollaps:**\
\- Keine bis leicht -> NPA/OPA verwenden, Kopf neigen und Kinn anheben, stabile Seitenlage\
\- Leicht bis schwer -> i-gel, Kopf neigen und Kinn anheben, stabile Seitenlage
